Taco Tasting Room It was born as a contradiction: no trompo, no salsas in the middle, and no street noise. It's a bar for 14 people, but also a laboratory where each taco is built as an idea.
Nothing is superfluous. Everything says something.
The intention isn't to reinvent the taco, but to put it in a different context. More seasoned, more nailed, and more direct. This is not nostalgia. It is present.
